Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering for or using the ppa1m platform through our website or mobile application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to continue using ppa1m services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and ppa1m as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms will be deemed acceptance of those changes.
You also confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to enter into this agreement under the applicable laws of Malaysia.
Account Creation and User Security
To access the full range of ppa1m services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. ppa1m will never request your password via email or any unofficial channel. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to our support team.
An identity verification (KYC) process may be required before a withdrawal is processed. This is a standard security measure designed to protect user interests and ensure legal compliance.
User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
As a ppa1m user, you agree to use this platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Using the platform for any illegal or fraudulent activity
- Attempting to access another user's account or data without authorisation
- Using automated software, bots or scripts to exploit the ppa1m system
- Spreading false information or deceiving other users through the platform
- Sharing or transferring your account to a third party
- Money laundering or any suspicious financial activity
Ppa1m reserves the right to take immediate action, including suspending or closing an account, if there is suspicion or evidence of a breach of any of the above rules, without prior notice.
Payment and Transaction Information
All transactions on ppa1m are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). We accept a range of local payment methods including FPX, approved e-wallets and other methods listed on the platform. All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits that may be revised from time to time.
Withdrawal of winnings will be processed within the stipulated timeframe once identity verification has been successfully completed. ppa1m reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawals if there are doubts regarding the legitimacy of a transaction or if the KYC process has not been completed.
Any taxes or charges arising from winnings or transactions are solely the user's responsibility under the applicable Malaysian tax laws. ppa1m bears no liability for any user's tax obligations.
Unclaimed deposits and winnings left beyond the period specified in the inactive account policy may be subject to administrative charges under terms that will be communicated to users.
Limitation of Liability, Account Policies and Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability
Ppa1m will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of anticipated winnings or service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control such as network failures, third-party system outages or exceptional circumstances.
Account Suspension and Closure
Ppa1m reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account in the following circumstances: breach of these terms, suspected fraud, a request by the user, or instruction from a relevant authority. If an account is closed due to user misconduct, any remaining balance may not be refunded depending on the outcome of the investigation.
Intellectual Property
All content, logos, trade names, interface designs and related materials on ppa1m are the exclusive property of ppa1m and are protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute or use this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
The ppa1m platform may contain references to third-party services for informational purposes. ppa1m is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party sites. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
Ppa1m reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Such changes will take effect immediately upon being published on our platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest version.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with this agreement shall be resolved through the courts with jurisdiction in Malaysia, and both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining terms will continue in full force and effect.
